Use: Dilution ratio for ISOtonic beverage is 1 tablet into 250 ml of water (osmolality is 275-305 mOsm/kg). Dilution ratio for HYPOtonic beverage is 1 tablet into 375 ml of water (osmolality is lower than 250 mOsm/kg).
